A routine scan or elevated liver panel confirms metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). Yet the standard consultation ends in less than ten minutes with generic diet sheets, ambiguous targets, and zero clinical follow-through.
Fatty Liver (MASLD) now affects 1 in 3 adults worldwide. Despite being the most common chronic liver condition, modern primary care systems rarely possess the dedicated time or specialized metabolic nutrition frameworks required to reverse it.
You are left searching online forums, guessing with supplements, and hoping your next annual blood test miraculously improves. Healing hepatic tissue requires precision biochemistry, not vague encouragement to 'eat better.'
A structured, evidence-based pathway designed to remove metabolic stress, restore hepatic function, and track measurable biomarker improvements so you can finally reverse Fatty Liver Disease.
A full review of your ALT, AST, cholesterol, medical history and daily habits to find exactly what’s straining your liver.
We'll focus on swapping habits that strain your liver and build belly fat, without banning foods you love.
Small changes to what, when and how you eat, so your body handles sugar better and your liver can start to clear the fat it’s been holding
Your doctor repeats your liver bloods. We compare your ALT and AST, then set your maintenance plan
Whether you require immediate clinical clarity or structured 12-week guidance, every pathway is guided directly by Sharan Verma.

The Fatty Liver 90 ™ is a structured, three-phase clinical pathway designed to systematically unburden hepatic tissue, clear cellular fat accumulation, and measure verified biological progress through objective blood markers.
We start with the blood work you already have, reading your markers to find where your metabolism is getting stuck. From there we map out a personalised nutritional protocol: in plain terms, what to eat, when, and why. You go home with simple daily steps designed to lighten the load on your liver so it can do its job properly.
We work out how you'll handle restaurants, work travel and meals with friends, so progress doesn't stall when your routine changes. Every two weeks we hold a clinical review, adjusting your plan to keep your body drawing on its fat stores (what we call fat mobilisation), without strict dieting or giving up the foods you enjoy.
At the end of the programme you repeat your blood tests so we can see how your liver enzymes have changed. These are ALT and AST, two markers that show how much strain your liver is under. We compare your before-and-after numbers together, then build a long-term maintenance plan you can realistically keep up for years to come
Strictly limited cohort · Intensive 1:1 clinical partnership by application

SHARAN VERMA · MNU REG. NUTRITIONIST
He was told repeatedly to 'lose weight and eat cleaner', without a single actionable metric, blood panel breakdown, or structured protocol. That standard advice did not save him. It left him guessing until it was too late.
I dedicated my clinical career to ensuring no patient has to navigate hepatic steatosis in the dark. As an MNU Certified Nutritionist, I have guided more than 100 patients through targeted biochemical analysis and sustainable dietary protocols that directly reverse hepatic fat accumulation and normalise elevated ALT and AST markers.

Subjective energy improvements matter, but objective serum hepatic markers are the true benchmark of liver parenchymal recovery.
"My GP was genuinely stunned. After four years of elevated liver enzymes and being told to just 'eat better', Sharan gave me a targeted protocol. In 90 days my ALT dropped from 239 down to 58. The bloods do not lie."

"I no longer have a fatty liver. My CT scan report came back showing no signs of it, and everything is normal. I'm so glad I came across Sharan who guided me when I had no clue where to go, and I'm grateful for all the help."

"I had a FibroScan and I have completely reversed my fatty liver! It took around 8 months, and my results were a CAP score of 220 and 2.4 kPa. Sharan's help, support and advice made it less scary and made me feel like it was doable, not an impossible challenge. I'm also the lightest I've been in about 15 years

Every patient begins with an initial 1:1 clinical diagnostic. Use this clinical qualifier to determine your appropriate pathway.
Ideal for immediate clinical clarity, individual blood panel review, and a standalone 30-day action blueprint.
Designed for individuals requiring continuous clinical oversight, structured accountability, and full liver marker reversal.
Direct, evidence-grounded answers on diagnostic blood panels, medical coordination, daily dietary reality, and how we work alongside your primary care team.
Fatty liver is rarely caused by one thing. Your blood results, scan findings, medical history, sleep, stress, activity, and food patterns all matter. In the 45 minute private consultation, I review your liver function tests, metabolic markers, and any scan notes, then map the key drivers in your case and the most effective next steps. It also acts as a baseline review. Fatty Liver 90™ is offered only after clinical assessment, and places are limited.
No. Your plan is built around the food you already eat. We adapt evidence based nutrition principles into your real meals, including South Asian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Afro Caribbean cooking. The focus is on portions, timing, preparation methods, and the balance of carbohydrates and fats, so your liver markers improve without making meals unfamiliar.
For a fatty liver, the target is zero. There is no safe level. If alcohol is currently part of your routine, we address it directly, with a plan that is clear, realistic, and aligned to your blood results and your goals.
With your consent, I work alongside your medical team. After your consultation, you receive a written summary you can share with your GP or consultant, including nutrition priorities and suggested retesting intervals. This keeps your care joined up and results focused.
This is a common reason people come to the clinic. General advice often does not explain what your bloods mean, what to prioritise first, or how to build changes into the meals you actually eat. I turn vague guidance into a clear clinical plan, with targets we can track on your next liver function tests.
